Tøjeksperten is one of Denmark's largest menswear chains with some 90 shops across Denmark. Tøjeksperten sells quality clothing for fashion-conscious men of all ages, including their own strong brands: Morgan, Huzar, Lindbergh, Shine, Bisón and Oscar, in addition to numerous other external brands.
Wagner covers Scandinavia with some 50 shops across Denmark, 20 in Norway. Wagner sells clothes for men - ranging from the trendy denim wear to the classic menswear. In Wagner’s wide selection of fashion clothes emphasis is put on good quality at reasonable prices. Wagner’s own strong brands counts Jack's, Lindbergh, Lindbergh CPH, Jack Ashore, Shine, Bisón and several other external brands.
Design, procurement, sales and marketing of Tøjeksperten’s and Wagner's own brands is handled by PWT GROUP's wholesale and Development Company, Texman, which is headquartered in Aalborg, Denmark. The company's brands are also sold through more than 700 independent retailers in more than 15 countries.
PWT GROUP employs approx. 535 employees in Denmark, including 325 in Tøjeksperten, 110 in Wagner and 100 in Texman.
PWT Group is 60% owned by Polaris Private Equity. Among the other owners are the company's management and board.
